Welcome to the registration site for the New Zealand Society for the Study of Diabetes ASM and the Special Interest Group Study Days 2015, you will notice some changes to the registration system from last year. We recommend reading in full all details on this website before proceeding to register for the conference &/or Study Days.
You can now register for both the ASM (May 6-8) and your specialist Study Day (May 5) in this registration site. PLEASE NOTE If you are registering for both events you register first for NZSSD ASM then you select your study day later in the registration process.
Delegates & attending Sponsors & Exhibitors may register for the ASM on the right hand side of this page. Please note each delegate must be registered with their own email address. Also note all invoices are emailed to individual delegates, each delegate is responsible for organising the payment of all fees. To prevent cancellation of your registration please ensure you forward your invoice to the appropriate person. Payment by credit card is available & welcomed, however please be aware that a 3% commission to cover the cost merchant fees will be charged. Please read the terms and conditions at the bottom right hand corner before beginning your registration.
